Celebrate a day in the snow with Oliver who is filled with excitement for another ski season at Mount Snow. His parents have brought him here since he was a baby and now his little brother has a pass too. He has a zest for adventure and loves to play outdoors, especially skiing and the occasional snowball fight. Snowflakes are a symbol throughout the book that no two of us are alike and to embrace your individuality and unique qualities. Oliver’s family has a house in Dover, home to Mount Snow. He enjoys going to ski school where his instructors are so helpful, teaching him how to put on all of his gear, his red hair always sticking out of his helmet. Oliver showed no fear skiing the black diamond, is that the easiest trail? He’s learning all of his letters and this book is aimed to inspire learning for children beginning to read, count, and spell. The children book pages are filled with soft-colored art that show his family and others enjoying the mountain in Vermont. Kids of all ages will enjoy spelling out the words and discover the little activities that are inside the pages of this educational experience. His family loves exploring the mountain together, they look forward to hiking this summer, readers should watch for the next edition, coming in the spring… When you look through the pages, try to find your favorite snowflake. What did you learn about Mount Snow?

Oliver is 6 years old, in 1st grade in CT and loves to learn, he is interested in writing his own book one day. This is his 3rd season at Mount Snow. Last season in Snow Camp he made amazing progress, he was on Black Diamond trails, thanks to the skilled ski instructors. He is now loving to snowboard!
Finnigan is 4 years old, he is in Pre-K4 and loves art and is beginning to write his name. He learns so much from his brother who is his role model and best friend. He had his first skis last season and in Cub Camp this winter.
The boys love to run, golf, swim, ski, play tennis and soccer and most of all they love to have fun! They always have a smile and they put smiles on everyone around them.
They were rated #3 Best in the East 2018 by Ski Magazine. They have very experienced staff, well groomed trails and new high tech snowmaking capacity!
Dede Cummings and her staff have been a joy to work with. When I first met her she was incredibly helpful and guided me to create my first book and I would highly recommend her.
